Stadgenoot extends partnership with My Office Days until the end of 2026

We are proud and delighted to announce that housing corporation Stadgenoot has extended its contract with MyOfficeDays by no less than 1.5 years. This means the collaboration will continue until the end of 2026.

Stadgenoot has been successfully using the MyOfficeDays app for some time now to manage its parking garage efficiently and smartly. Thanks to our technology, parking for employees and visitors has become not only easier but also safer and more efficient.

Smart License Plate Recognition for Seamless Access

One of the key applications for Stadgenoot is the automated access to the parking garage. When an employee books a parking spot via the app, their license plate is linked to the reservation. Upon arrival, the system recognizes the plate and the barrier opens automatically — completely hands-free.

Safety First with Intelligent Vehicle Checks

Stadgenoot’s parking garage uses a car lift with weight and size limitations. To ensure safe access, the system automatically checks the type of vehicle when a license plate is entered. Based on license plate registration, factors such as the car’s weight and dimensions are verified. This prevents vehicles from using the lift when they are not suitable, ensuring the parking garage remains safe and efficient.
