Civil Servants Embrace Hybrid Working

Dutch civil servants prefer to work in the office twice a week. They value hybrid working for the improved work-life balance and increased job satisfaction it offers.

Over one-third of civil servants would like to work in the office on average two days a week. A quarter prefer one day per week, while six percent want to go in more than three times a week. Many civil servants cite a better work-life balance as the main reason for hybrid working. In addition, it contributes to greater enjoyment in their work.
